Hey! I go by Kameron or Kam and you can typically find me in a crowd by my wide range of hair colors. I'm based out of detroit, mi and I have a bachelors of Architecture and am currently working towards a masters from Lawrence technological university. I am taking it a bit slower than some of my peers but I am a full time student most semesters.
I have two cats, Ori and Pluto. Pluto is a black cat and just turned 1 years old. I swear he has been a menace since the day he was born. Ori is short for Orion, and he's an adult orange long hair cat. He's really sweet and regal, except at 3am when he decides i should be awake...
While architecture is my chosen field i have a great passion for all design disciplines. when looking for a design outcome my first thought will always be "how does this improve the experience of the people using this?" people-focused design is so important as it puts the lives and comfort of people before the designer's pride. by putting people first, we are creating a world that is accessible and comfortable for all.
outside of architecture i love any kind of craft that is hands-on, 3D Printing, sewing, knitting, cross stitch (yes, really), ceramics and especially Lego. a lot of my time is spent up in my head so hands-on activities help me process and decompress after a long day.
